How we Protect our Pack
Information We Collect
To provide the best care and educational experience, we collect two types of information:
A. Parent/Guardian Information

Contact Details: Name, email, phone number, and home address.

Financial Information: Payment methods for tuition (processed through secure, encrypted third-party providers).

Communication: Records of emails, messages via our "Den-Link" app, or form submissions.
B. Student ("Pup") Information

Basic Identity: Name, date of birth, and gender.

Health & Safety: Immunization records, allergy alerts, and emergency contact details.

Educational Progress: Observations, "milestone" trackers, and portfolio photos.

Attendance: Check-in/check-out timestamps and authorized pick-up lists.
How We Use Your Data
We don't "hunt" for data we don't need. We use your information strictly for:

Enrollment & Administration: Managing your child’s placement and billing.

Safety & Care: Ensuring teachers are aware of allergies or medical needs.

Family Updates: Sending "Howl-Outs" (newsletters) and daily reports via our parent app.

Legal Compliance: Meeting state licensing requirements for childcare providers.
Photo & Media Policy
We love capturing the "Wild Discovery" moments at the Academy! However, we respect your cub’s privacy:

Internal Use: Photos shared via our private, password-protected parent app are only visible to the parents in that specific "Pack" (classroom).

Public/Marketing Use: We will never post your child’s photo on our public website or social media without a signed Media Release Form from a parent/guardian.

No Names: On public platforms, we never use a child's full name.
Third-Party Sharing
The "Little Wolves" pack doesn't sell your data to strangers. We only share information with trusted "Pack Partners" who help us run the school:

Payment Processors: To securely handle tuition.

Emergency Services: If medical care is required.
Security: Guarding the Den
We use industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, firewalls, and secure physical filing) to prevent unauthorized access. Access to student files is strictly limited to authorized "Lead Wolves" (staff) who require the information to perform their duties. Parents will have an entry code access to the school and sign in and out code for each student.
Your Rights & Choices
You are the Alpha of your family’s data. You have the right to:

Review & Correct: Request to see your child’s file or update contact info at any time.

Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails.

Data Deletion: Request the deletion of certain data once your child has graduated (subject to state record-retention laws).
Changes to This Policy
As the Academy grows, so may our policy. We will notify the pack via email or our parent app of any significant changes.
